If someone in your community did this e.g. your church, your country club, your college, your book club, etc. you'd hear about it. It just wouldn't be on tmz; this kind of behavior gets attention plain and simple and if you don't want that kind of attention - you don't participate in that kind of behavior. When I was in the hospital last year, the US Open was on where he went into a sudden death playoff against Rocco Mediate. So I had nothing to do but watch this on TV. That is when I started to dislike Tiger Woods. Rocco was like the peoples champ. A cinderella story, out of nowhere.Woods was a total snob toward Rocco and was very "in your face" toward him. I thought Tiger was totally classless from that point on. All the money and fame in the world cant buy class.
It would be easy for a guy in Tiger's position to really be able to choose what, of his life style and characteristics, are viewed by the public and which are private.
Then you would only know of his charitable deeds, Tiger Woods Foundations, positive pro career. We wouldn't know about the deeds he's done that effect the 2 women that should mater most to him. The man is a father. He has a daughter. And didn't he have a mother? He has no excuse! and for anyone to damn the media for catching on to some kooky ass shyt?..come on. Damn that man!

As I see it, he's human and he's a man. He's got a hot looking wife but there is still temptation out there. He might look, he might touch, and he might ride them. Some people are strong enough to fight the temptation and some aren't.
I agree with Dzone that he should do a David Letterman and fess up to his wrongdoings. But I truly hope that he don't do a Kobe Bryant and go on a 5 million dollar spending spree for his wife. Personally, I lost all respect for Kobe when he presented his "I LOVE MY WIFE" bling to the media.

Good point baby1. In the grand scheme of things, it matters nothing to our lives. I think people pay attention to these things for entertainment. Its like watching an episode of "sex in the city", except that its real life. Everyone knows who Tiger Woods is. Hes on Gatorade, Nike, etc etc, Hes in every magazine....He is everywhere.So when something like this happens, people all over the world are curious. Tiger Woods is a national icon who we created and placed on a pedestal.
People look at celebrities with problems and feel a little better about their own lives. Like maybe we like to see imperfection in those we put on a pedestal. Why are shows like Entertainment tonight, Extra, TMZ, etc so popular?
Now this chick in New York is about to recant her denial and admit to screwing Tiger Woods. Should any of us give a shit? We shouldnt. But we do. Its entertainment for millions of people. Oh well.
