Nobody can say for sure yet. If denver drafts a couple busts, then Chicago comes out ahead if Cutler plays well.
But if denver drafts a couple impact players with the choices they got from Chicago, then Denver got a better deal by far.
This could end up like the Hershcel walker to Minnesota trade which brought 3 super bowl victories for dallas.
I think Mcdaniel will help make Orton a mistake free qb who will win games. Denver has too many offensive weapons for Orton to suck. Who knows, maybe chris simms will start in denver.
In any case, cutler needs to show that he's a leader and he aint done it yet. All he does is pout and complain.

First off, arguing Da Bears with Fuzo is not a good move. Fuzo would swear that Jim Druckenmiller was the future of Chicago if da Bears had him. I argued year after year that Kyle "The Interception machine" Orton should be serving Slurpees in a Cleveland 7-11. But Fuzo defended him to the death. Now that he's no longer a Bear, Fuzo's done defending him.
Fact of the matter is, Cutler statistically is one of the best QB's in the NFL. He has the strongest arm in the NFL (I want to see him and Jamarcus Russell compete in the skills competition) , and he has one of the most accurate arms in the NFL. Denver drew first blood with Cutler in looking at another QB without telling Cutler. You see how the Redskins are now back peddling with Jason Campbell because they were interested in Cutler? I can always see looking for a back up QB better than the one you have. But looking for someone to compete against your proven starter is just stupid. Cutler had every right to be pissed. He probably could have handled it differently, but so could have T.O. and Plaxico Burress. Water under the bridge.
The problem for every other team is, you have the fastest man in the NFL with Devin Hester, and the most accurate arm in the NFL with Jay Cutler. If I were a betting man, and I am, I would say Cutler and Hester combine for a minimum of 15 TD's this season. And old man Booker is just as much a threat. AND..... Greg olsen has just begun to show what he can do as a TE. 500+ yards last year with a less than mediocre QB is pretty impressive to me.
Personally, I think Da Bears bought themselves AT LEAST a wild card spot. The Packers will give them a huge run for the division.

Dzone we dont need wide receivers,if we do get some good but aom said it right about hester,olsen,booker just like I said,lets not forget our excellent running back forte who caught 400 yards and rushed for 1200,.
