As we were speaking about salary caps in the NFL about a month ago, I have a hypothetical question for you:
No doubt, Ocho Sinko (Chad Johnson for all you non Spanish Speaking folk) will be traded soon. With Fitzgerald getting $30million guaranteed money, Chad's gonna want probably in the neighborhood of $20million signing bonus from someone. NOW, would you cut Urlacher to make room under the cap to sign Johnson?
Personally, if I were Lovie Smith, I would pack Urlacher's locker for him and throw his shlt in the alley to make room for Johnson. Urlacher is aging and already had a "minor Proceedure". He's pretty much got another year or so left before they slap a free agent sticker on him.

Hester??? Come on now. Hester is Awesome. But he will never be a great WR. He will rank along the lines of other great special teams players. Tim Dwight, Allen Rossum, and Dante Hall. But that's all.

I have the NFL package. I get to see every NFL game. Would you expect anything less from me?? So yes, out of respect for you, when I'm not watching my Bengals or my Eagles, I flip on the Chicago Choker......... I mean, Chicago Bears. I see Grossman greatly overthrow Hester by 10 yards quite often. But what team in their right mind wouldn't want one of the greatest receivers in the NFL? My gawd, you would have the receving staff equivalent to the 98 Vikings with Moss, Carter, and Reed. Even Ryan Leaf could have been a Pro Bowler with a receving squad like that! AS WE SPEAK, I bet Grossman is out at a bar with Lovie, pounding some beers and shooters, giving Lovie 101 reasons why they need to sign another receiver, and cut Urlacher to make cap space.
