  • Pretty Boy Floyd vs Ricky Hitman Hatten

Poor Ricky Hatten. That's all I can say. After the win on Saturday night, I will be changing my avatar from one of the greatest pound for pound of all time, to the current greatest pound for pound. After Hatten, All Mayweather has to do is fight Joe Calzaghe, then Bernard Hopkins, and he will be solidified as one of the top 10 greatest fighters of all time. There is no one today that can beat Mayweather. The man is a genious. I reccomend everyone pay the $60 for the PPV, and see what perfection in a fighter looks like.

I would love to see a great fight. However, I feel we're gonna see a good ole ass whoopin from Pretty Boy. Like the Arturo Gotti fight.

You dont have to like him......but you have to agree that he is one of the greatest ever and definitely the greatest today. Thats fact.

I can't wait! Mayweather does damn good work with his hands. Hatton hits hard. He should be able to open Mayweather up and do some damage. Hatton would have to knock Mayweather out to win.

That's one small positive for Ricky Hatton. I've never seen Ricky ever go down. So he takes a beating quite well. But Ricky swells very easily. In almost every fight, he's either bled, or had severe swelling. I don't now what they odds are on the fight yet. Anyone?

Ya know, Hatton looks like he would swell bad. He just has that look about him. That's not good against the speed of Mayweather. He could tap those eyes shut.

I disagree 110%. Tyson will never rank in any of my top 50 boxers. Dude was a great FIGHTER. And all Don King did was put him in there with guys who were dumb enough to go toe to toe with him. Finally, when Tyson faced 3 boxers, he lost every fight. Douglas, Holyfield, and Lewis. And he lost every time to Holyfield. A great boxer is able to beat another great Boxer. Tyson couldn't hang. Mayweather has beaten every tough guy in his division. A win over Hatton tonight, then maybe a fight with Calzaghe and Hopkins, and dude cracks the top 10 of all time. A top 10 that has been the same for over 20 years. Yea, maybe the guy is a bit of a prick, but so was Ali and Macho Comacho in the day. It's the name of the game, playa!

When youre 33-0 and have completely dominated and dismantled some great fighters you can act however you want. There is a difference between ****y and confident, granted he is both. And I agree with AOM, can you honestly say Ali wasnt a total pr*ck? Its head games. They have been in boxing for years. Again I reiterate, if someone doesnt like how Floyd Mayweather acts.....teach him a lesson in respect (easier said than done). If Mayweather were to lose 2 or 3 fights, I gaurantee his attitude and demeanor would change (I remind you of Roy Jones Jr). Until some one beats this "respect" into him, or the "punk" out of him, I have no problem with him acting however he wants.

I wrestled with who I wanted to see walk out of the ring with the (0)...Did I want to go for the American, or the Brit...? It just isn't that black and white or easy to choose between these two fighters for me. After the 24/7 series and getting to know Mayweather even more, I was thinking maybe he'll win me over this time and I'll see through his punk ass smart ass playa mac-daddy bullshyt, but, he just solidified his attitude and personality that is him. I know he's undefeated, but so is Hatton. I know Brits are blunt, brash and to the point, but he ain't screeming for attention and trying to be hard like that. I watched Mayweather runnin redlights in his Benz like it's the cool thing to do. If that mutha fuker hit the wrong person doin stupid shyt like that because he thinks he runs shyt, he better hope he's got his little crew with him cause he'd get his fukin teeth beat down his throat. But anyway, I hope to see a good fight and wouldn't mind watchin the little underdog knock his ass out. Anything can happen.

Ali had a huge fan base. He got cheered for. People liked Ali. Nobody likes Mayweather. Mayweather gets booed in his own town. He didn't have 5 people cheer for him when he came in. You could here 1 lady screem and then the boos overtook her. He doesn't have the personality to be like that. He's an actor. If he'd just be himself and humble up a bit, I along with everyone else would enjoy to watch his success. He needs to drop the act. He ain't that guy. He just makes himself look like a jackass. Ali was entertaining.
