I don't know how you could vote for anyone other than Gilbert.

Gilbert is ballin and is the league leader in scoring, nash leadin the league in assists. Nash is pulling double doubles night in and night out, and if hes not getting atleast 10pts its cause hes getting 15+ assists. Hes leading his team to perfection and playing better in his 10th yr than his past two MVP seasons. Arenas however is leading his team closer and closer to the top of the eastern conference standings. At this point I give it to Nash simply becasue the better record. I think a majority of the people like Nash because of his presence on and off court. But you cant deny how amazing Arenas is playing.

couldnt agree more, although Magic definetely could play any position and was a much better rebounder

Love watching the Suns play. They're so much more entertaining than the majority of teams.

what, did you forget about Stockton? alltime steals, assists, and i think double doubles as well...by far the best point gaurd ever

I mentioned Nash because Nash and the Suns have the same flair that the Showtime Lakers and Magic had. Stockton was great, however he wasn't a highlight reel waiting to happen like Nash is and Magic was...

plus stockton played for 19yrs...if nash plays nine more years i think he will beat some of his records

As much as I like Nash, I doubt he'll even sniff any of Stockton's numbers, but he'll probably add a third MVP to his trophy case.

Nash didn't really put up the assist numbers early in his career. It took him awhile to become the player he is today...

he def wouldnt come close to steals, hes gettin ridiculous assists, avg more points and will prolly average just as many assists when its siad and done. He probably wont reach all time assists. Nash has two MVP titles on track for 3. There not really comparable becasue they have different styles. i think stockton was a fantastic pointgaurd def top 5, but Nash just has a better presense on the court and much more exciting to watch. Stockton was def the point gaurd of the 90's, magic had the 80's and Nash's time is now

^ right, you cant really compare the 2..stockton was a true point guard, nash is too but just more of a modern day point guard.
