My 1 prediction for the season so far.....

Daunte Culpepper will show really what a load he is down in Miami. By the 5th game of the season, he will benched for Vick. Then, he'll probably end up in Cleveland or Detroit, where they usually send aging talentless QB's to pasture.

Don't say that again stackt! I have Alexander in a keeper league and he's my bread and butter...


Whats key to watch here with Pepper is that he goes from turf to grass. Last year during fantasy football i looked into his turf/grass comps and he played MUCH better on grass. *if memory serves me correct*

hehe well hope he has a great season ......last year I had problems with my rb's cause of injury but still came in 2nd .I took Palmer last year when everybody doubted me picking him early turned out nice ! I think Larry Johnson is gonna get 2000 +yards .Kellen Winslow is my sleeper if he gets back in form

Larry Johnson and a healthy non head case Kellen Winslow are great choices. If Winslow turns out even half as good as his old man, he's in good shape. Let's hope he's not the next Jeff George, Ryan Leaf, or Cecil Martin of the NFL.

The only thing that concerns me with Johnson is the departure of Richardson, his pro bowl fb that opened up alot of holes for him. It's a small concern but it is something to think about.

On a side note, The slated starting FB for the chiefs is from my towns local HS. A school of maybe 500 kids...pretty cool stuff!

I don't even think grass and turf are a concern anymore. The new turf is almost the same feel and softness as grass. I saw how the new turf is laid down. There's little rubber pellets they put down, so guys don't break their knees anymore. It's not like the mid 80's where turf was nothing but astroturf with concrete underneath.

I do hear ya tho. It's one of those cases where the #'s are a bit misleading.
