I just bought an 03 R6. its black with the red flame kit. its got a yosh pipe and tail light eliminator. It has 2,500 miles on it. I paid 5,500 plus my trade in. I traded in a 92 kawasaki ninja zx-6 with 14k on it. ill post a pick in a few min.

it is so smooth compared to my other bike. I was considering the 600RR aswell. I looked for a while and i have been on both. the 600RR is what i wanted at first. I love the pipe under the seat. I looked at the 03 600 shoot out and the R6 was top dog so i picked one up. the bike feels like it never works hard unless u want it to. Its a dream to drive. Its the same ride height as my brothers 03 R1 but not nearly as scary. im gonna get a frame cage, power commander, and the front flush mount signals. what sucks is i also have to get new gear. my old gear is black and gray if anyone is interested hit me with a pm, i have a hjc helmet, joe rocket jacket, and speed race carbon fiber gloves.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

yeah i got a yosh carbon fiber pipe and tailight kit, its fuel injected so ill get a power commander. i actually didnt want an R1, my big brother has one and i didnt want to be like him. I also couldnt get insurance on one. i lost my licsense twice. operating on one wheel and then one really bad ticket. the 600's are more nimble and i want to stunt and not worry about my $10,500 bike. now if i drop it its only $8,000.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

02 the only thing i disliked about the 600rr is its pulls hard as hell with high rpms and at low rpms is not that impressive. I feel its more of a track bike. I love the blue color, or the black with the grey honda wings. Like i said it was a toss up for the 2.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

but get some chrome wheels or silver polish and it will stand out big time..
