Ive crashed my dirtbike more times than I care to remember. Ive never crashed a streetbike yet (I do own one), but I usually wear an armored jacket on the street.

i was being a dumbass in my drive way and sitting on the back seat with my girlfriend on the front seat facing me and she moved and my ninja tipped over but it was my fault I parked against the driveway so the bike was resting on the kickstand but was almost verticle. I scrapped the fairing a bit but atleast I didnt dump it.Badasz1@Hushmail.com

Re: whos layed it down?
my cousin and I were off loading the dirtbikes off his pickup, I decided to be cool and wheelie off. I didn't time it right and came down on the case and flipped it right over myself and bent the stock bars, broke the plastic numberplate, and cut my head open (no helmet offloading the bikes remember). Three stitches and new bars later we were back riding.
Streetbike
I was riding my 84 RZ350 (two stroke) and some braud came out in front of me, I swerved to avoid her, and hit a signpost. wiped out the front end and had a minor neck injury. My riding buddy chased her down and held her for the cops. We had a lot of witnesses, so it was a no brainer for them. The irony the cop who first responded was a motorcycle cop, he was pissed off too.

Re: whos layed it down?
I did one in my teens was a yamaha 1985? ( bike heavy bike) 1200 Maxim I was drunk either try to stay upright on some very sharp curves. If I tried to stay up I would have hit trees (many and would have been killed or broke bones) or lay it down soft as possible bent forks totaled bike still have scar on my head from gravel bouncing head of pavement bleeding like crazy tried to pick up and start my forks were bent.
I quickly picked up mangled mess tried starting it could not dude pulled up with truck and I put it in back and took me home.
I had not insurance and still have some gravel in my head lol
