I slowly collected disc brake parts (factory drums on front). I just bought one thing at a time from NAPA, rather than trying to salvage some junk from a junkyard. Had to machine my drum brake spindles in order to use them with disc brakesleankid@ziplip.com

more brake pics... The only thing that is not brand new on the front end is the coil springs. I bought Moroso "trick springs" for it, but can't install them till the motor is in, because there's no weight on the front end.leankid@ziplip.com

I have an iron-headed 468 and a powerglide with a transbrake. It's a pretty healthy roller motor. Gonna use it till I get the car beefed up, then I'll do some engine updates. The same motor went 6.00's (1/8 mile) in a 2800# car, so it's fairly stout.leankid@ziplip.com
