ok heres the 442... 455 heavily modified.. pushing around 475hp and well over 500lbs of torque. 3.90 gears full manual valve body th400 low 12's car

youll be happy to know that i sold this car to move to FL and now drive a super fast saturn ion! hah. i went from 7.6 liters to 2.2!

i put a 100hp shot of nitrous in there a while back... never again. it was fun and all, but unless your engine is prepped for it and everything is 100% perfect, it just destroys it. not worth it IMO. i sold it on ebay, got just over 8k... which isnt too bad considering it was the end of the summer and the economy wasnt too great. i had to move it quick too, so i wasnt too disappointed with it.

Nice car Olds.....What gets me is 7.6 Ltrs and the low HP numbers. I bet it has all 500 ls of torque at idle though

30yrs of technology goes a long way ciph. yea it had a pretty mean cam in it... mondello cam.. i forget the #'s, but it was a pretty rough idle. if i could have ported out the heads, the hp #'s would have been much higher. olds 455's were known for torque.. definitely wasnt lacking there. the car had 295/50/15's in the back with 70:30/ 30:70 shocks, and drag springs and could still let loose in second no problem (it is an auto)
