I really can't see how Dodge is going to be able to compete in this market. If they are using the viper engine, then they are probably going to use the viper price tag. And 130K for that truck, when you can buy a 450hp Ford Lightening pickup for 60k isn't going to fly.
The Lightning is 380 hp, 450 ft/# torque and 6000#. Runs low 13's in stock form. That Dodge truck is not in production. The Lightning is still the fastest production truck in the world right now. Not that I'm biased in any way, but I did just pick up a new winter beater two weeks ago.

Yeah, it can only seat me and my two kids, but I only got it to commute with. We have a Tahoe when all of us need to go out together. And let me tell you - that Lightning is an awful lot of fun to commute with!!
