  • Keep it safe out there guys!

My buddy Ross crashed his bike last weekend.
He owns a damn fast bike.. A Yamaha R6 I believe.

Dumbass drank too much at a wedding we were attending and decided to ride home. Passed my friend Brian going up a very steep hill... Brian said he was doing about 40mph and the bike passed him like he was standing still. We've not sure how fast he was going but estimate probably in the 90mph range (in a 30 zone).

His skid marks go for a good 100' into the ditch (road ended).

Luckily Ross managed to walk out of it with only a broken collar bone and a screwed up bike. Dumbass is still making payments on it..

Hopefuly he learnt a lesson or 2 from this one. God knows we've all been giving him shit and telling him he's lucky to be alive.

People who drink and drive a car are idiots. People who drink and drive a bike need their licenses revoked.

Personally I don't see much of a difference. Drinking and driving, no matter what the vehicle is a stupid thing to do.

Least when you crash a bike you usually just end up hurting yourself.
