          This news will make the grifters and criminals very happy. I want to like it there but everywhere you go outside it smells like pee and someone is harassing you for $$$. at least in san fran the homeless people just crapped on the streets and left us alone.

          I heard "Bet you $5 I can tell you where you got your shoes" 10 times from the same group of young homeless folk. I would tell em "I got them on my feet" and they would still bug me for a $1.

          a friend of mine who lives in Slidell (45 minutes from NO) went there with her husband for a night out and some live music. She walked out of the bar to call her daughter and tell her good night. Guy walks up to her as she spoke and punched her in the face. Took her phone and walked off. No one did shit.

            No shit on NOLA. I went there once and thought it was a shit hole. The french quarter was full of filthy bums , cross dressers and drunks everywhere you look. You literally have to step over people passed out
