have a friend who lives 20 minutes outside NO and won't go into the city for fear of violence. She was walking with her husband and tried to call her daughter who was at grandma's house to wish her good night. someone came up behind them and sucker punched her husband and stole her phone. She says it happens frequently."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
