It's a good bet most everyone would have similar feelings if they went through the same experiences. That is a ton of stuff, for anyone, even BB'rs.
Note, this is just a guess, and suggestion, as Petite said, go see a doctor.
It's either, you're overwhelmed from all of the stress and anxiety and you need to chill, and chill for like a couple of months, and it would be good to talk to someone, a counselor, the board, a good friend, anyone, criteria is they can't be coming down on you and telling you what to do, you need some good old support, someone who can remind you when you are down about all the latinsteel has done and has to offer the world.
Or as Frat guy said, serotonin is low. Depression, if that is what it is, is a chemical imbalance in the brain, that has not one iota to do with your character and who you are. Serotonin is the "happy chemical" in the brain, if the tank is empty, very hard to FEEL joy.
The reason why time heals all wounds is because in the future, even though it is hard to see and feel it now, is good things will happpen that you will be happy about which will motivate you on to better and greater things in life.
Right now is the time to hold on so those times can get here sooner.
Suggestion, go see a doc, or if feelings don't get better in a few weeks, go see a doc. The most unfortunate circumstance is when people try and fight, deny and avoid these feelings. Sometimes this can happen for years, and the only thing that has happened is days of joy and learning and growing have passed unused.

Depression runs deep in my family.
Your going through a lot bro, don't be so hard on yourself. What your feeling is natural. It will pass - remember that.
I'm normally significantly weaker in the gym when depressed, so don't get down on yourself about the martial arts.

That's depression & it's good that you're recognizing it..
Force yourself to get up & get outside, even if it's just to take a nice long walk.
Talk to friends about your problems & just tell them you need a sounding board.
If you don't start pulling out of this soon, talk to your physician.
There's no shame in seeking help.
Look at it as your brain chemicals need some realigning.

Latinsteel-good to see you here. A lot of good advice here, I won't add much. You are very likely suffering from mild depression. Definitely see a doctor and have him check you out. Also, try and find a couple of close friends and talk with them. I have a couple of problems on my own, but by talking to some very wonderful people, including a lot of you on this board, I am starting to get a handle on things. It helps so much to talk and unload some things off your mind. Hang in there and if you want, PM me.
