Coumadin Shots At Hospital

After being admitted admitted to the hospital i come home full of tiny bruises from Coumadin shots. I really wish I could administer these shots myself when I am there. When I subq its painless and never bruises. Anyone else been through this and just want to take the damn needle and show them hows its done?

I did Heparin shots for awhile, subq, which I administered and my whole belly was bruised up bad. You may still brusie even if you did it yourself

Might have been heparin idr. It was to keep my blood from clotting even though i cant sit still and walk around all the time when i can. Ive set up chairs to do dips, pushups, curls, basically whatever i can think of whenever i start to go stir crazy in those places. I try to remember to bring my heavy hand grippers with me if i think im going to be admitted. Anyway back on topic, i still think i can do a better with the shots lol.
