Yes, had the book and read it. Of the over 200-300 books read on the subject have to rate his the most highly overated, and the one of a handfull thought was not worth my time energy and effort.
He basically believes in training 3 times a week 20-30 minutes, and so on...Nothing revolutionary, just a standard program.
Also, the quality of printing was low grade kinko's wrapped in a plastic binder.

Again, all basic stuff you can get anywhere, nothing new.
And yes, he pushes more on diet than excercise, that is true, again, nothing new on diet...eat right & eat consistently, 40-40-20 I think is his basic belief.
Did I try it? I've tried everything three times, lol.
Note, the book was horribly printed and published that should give you a key as too his quality of thought.
