Great I will be ready to go. Cutting out back squats and deadlifts. Time to focus on pain free movement and cleaning up diet. Goal for me is to get leaner and most importantly pain free.

Ok so far we have qhams and cricketnoise...would like at least 3 people to get in on this . Rules will be as follows:

1. Contestants should ready to commit, fully, to the contest to be eligible for contest benefits that sponsors may provide contestants. ( discounts, samples ect.).

2. Contestants must have the before pictures loaded the week of the kick- off date and the final "after" pic within 48 hours of the contest completion date.

3. Member must post a pic of themselves at the beginning. Picture needs to be of their whole body (minus their head, if they desire). You may also submit as many different views if you so wish to. The starting photo must have a newspaper with date the pic was taken on. Another option is that I will give you a word that you can write on a piece of paper and put in the picture.

4. Contestants are required to post a bi-weekly update of progress, workout methods, diet or calorie intake, weight loss, weight gain, bf percentage, etc. All examples, are not required, but there should be an informative post of recordable progress made.( logs and updates made more frequently than the minimum bi-weekly updates may be held in higher regard when making a final decision, the more detailed your log is the easier judges can make an accurate decision.)

5.The contest will last 12 weeks from the starting date, and the FG staff will vote on the winner/winners.



After all final pics are posted the admin/mod team will review challenger threads and pick a winner.
