^^^ Agreed. Not to get off the subject but once my gym hired this young trainer (late teens early 20s) and these women said they wanted to lean up. He said oh just do some cardio. Nothing about nutrition. This guy was ripped but didnt know sh!t about nutrition. Poor women didn't see it coming. They never got results of course.Comment
