My name is Stef. The 'ke' behind it, actually makes a word smaller. For instance, a tree in Dutch is a 'boom'. A 'boomke' would mean, a small or little tree.

However with names, it makes 'm more cute and familiar and is used by close friends. It's kinda like making benny out of ben or joanie out joan.

So most people called me Stefke in real life. The 'ke' is pronounced like the 2nd 'e' at the end of better.

The cyber came along a few years ago when I joined cyberspace and got my first e-mailaddress, since just stefke was already taken.
