Well, I surfed fitnessboard for about four months before I did my first post. I only posted because someone was posting something that could have been extremely harmful to themselves if they didn't do the right thing...so, I got on and did my first post, when they asked for screen name, I tried to think of something cool and catchy but the only thing I could think of was my dearly departed canine...

Thanks. I'm actually not all that big. I'm 5'5'' 165lbs 4-5%bf for shows. I've done this naturally so far, but currently doing research for a future pharmaceutical venture. I've plateaued pretty badly, and think I've reached my genetic limit.
