I went through a shaman reconnection ceremony this weekend. It was a 2 day event with 4 parts. The first part empties out the negative energies and emotions. The next 2 parts shows you the way of your true journey.

Sweat Lodge yes, thats what I was trying to say. I guess sometimes its in a TeePee...Not sure if they smoke sage or something...that one thing is they dance in the sun for like several days or something, I think its a big thing in south dakota...Then they hallucinate and have mind alterations...that might be fun to try

I had visions. Some I knew the meaning of and some had to be told to me. In one vision I entered a 1 room school. The teacher acted inpatient then led me to a large book. The pages were loose and filled with symbols.

The shaman had to tell me the meaning.

The school meant I had to learn something. The teacher acting impatient meant it was about time I started my spiritual journey. The book with loose pages and filled with symbols. Angels communicate with symbols. The loose pages means my options were unlimited within the healing art.

Cool! Whatever makes you feel good. For me the journey is solely me. I like to observe and learn about groups but dont like to be part of any

No traditional hypnotherapy.

I will tell another vision.
I was on a large plateau with several people adults and children. The children were getting close to the edge and falling off. I was trying to shepard them away from the edge while the other adults were unconcerned.

The plateau was like the place between heaven and earth. The children falling off were getting reborn (reincarnated) Me trying to sheoard them back means I had an important lesson to teach before they are reborn.

ayahuasca is a traditional south American psychedelic drug found in many plants (DMT) that is used in many rituals by the indigenous people of the rain forest. it is said to be incredibly introspective and actually helps people with drug and alcohol addictions better than western medicine.
