I would say pay it man. I got mine booted and was talking to the guy, he said that someone managed to break one off of his car and they had his liscence number and info. Since its a state school he was charged with destruction of state property of some crap. Either way it will probably just be easier to pay it and be done. Especially if you plan on going to the same school in the future.
