Honestly, I think you should just suck it up, inhale the fumes and keep it to yourself. This is the bosses wife, she chose the perfume, she obviously has an affinity for the "eau du pickle" and I'm sure she and the boss would be offended if anyone mentioned that their tastes were less than desirable. They are, afterall, in the position to fire your ass.
