If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

you dont need to be read ur rights or placed under arrest for that unless you are being questioned. seemed fishy to me but the cops had them cuffed and one asked for his rights and the cop said we dont need to tell them to you unless your being questioned
i went thru this last weekend when all my buddies got taken in for underage. cops came in, cuffed em, gave them their ticket, took them downtown to process them? and they came back with a fine and a court date

its a class c misdomenor if you fight it you will loose the PD officer's word is golden to a municipal court judge and they document everything. hell they just have to tell the judge you looked drunk in his professional opinion and your done they assess a fine and tack court costs on top. pay it and chaulk it up
