    Damn I can't sleep at night for shit.Pisses me off.

    I just read a blurb somewhere that L-Theanine (an amino acid) has a calming affect and may help you with sleeping...especially if you don't want to use tylenol pm's and so on. I think the recommended doses were somewhere around 200mg-500mg an hour before bed.

    I think you can get it at local health store...not sure though.

        I normally take 3 tylenol pms at 7 but forgot.I'm kicking myself in the ass now.

              i hate it for ya i love sleep and never forget my sleeping aids they sit right by my bed 8hrs everyday ,even if i jave to get them at work ,,,he he
