I just read a blurb somewhere that L-Theanine (an amino acid) has a calming affect and may help you with sleeping...especially if you don't want to use tylenol pm's and so on. I think the recommended doses were somewhere around 200mg-500mg an hour before bed.
I think you can get it at local health store...not sure though.
