    Re: FU FEAR

that is so true. took me like 2 seconds then the lightbulb lit up over my head. how many times in life do we dread and fear something, a new job, some competition, medical news, ect. only to be surprised to find our fear was unfounded and the quality of our life was impacted negatively by our perceived fear.

fear is something we create in our own mind. At least this is how I have come to see it. Comes from past trauma and oether things but WE CAN overcome it

i agree, also for me fear of the unknown. a new job or my biggest source of fear is boxing and Muay Thai comps. stepping in a ring i get huge waves of fear and anxiety. and it has not subsided in 10 years of training.

              Re: FU FEAR

I've been asked so many times in my life "weren't you afraid" and they are always shocked to get a hell yeah. Society try's to make fear look bad but fear isn't cowardice, fear is a tool, fear keeps you alive and alert...left unharnessed it can be crippling but trained and yielded like a sword it's a most tactical of weapons.
