    taking down paneling

    I am taking down the 60s paneling in the home I inherited what a chore. The walls need to be repaired in places. Not even 1/2 done with the paneling.

    Yeah I bet that is a pita. I remember my Dad doing that more than once

      It is a pita but when I am done it will be my home instead of parents home.

        Our house had the dark fake wood paneling. my wife just went over it with drywall mud and textured it. it looks great now and held up nicely
