my heart is still pounding. he inspired me just from flex mags when he first came out, but this video is insane, i know everyone has seen it and most likely posted about it, but, i needed to talk to some one. Funny thing is that i do almost all the exercises he does. whats up with the french fries? Whats he cooking those in? Shit if he can eat fries, so can I! I havn't had french fries for almost a year now. ...... i thought pumping iron was good, shit, ronny is the man!
it is impressive to say the least. i love the way the guy trains - totally old school. almost PL style. i can't wait to see him at the O this year. i've never been a big fan, but i think he's gonna be in the best shape of his career this time around - he's under to much pressure not to be.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
