  • 4 cans of Tuna a day

Would eating 4 cans of it a day be bad. I had a buddy of mine who used to eat 6 cans a day split througout the day. Since Im gonna start my cycle in a week or two I was wondering if 4 can would be bad.

Each can has around lets say 37gms around 40. 40x4=160.
160 plus the other 200 I eat from natural foods and plus 40 protein shakes. Thats like 400gms. But I wanna get the most grams of protein from tuna. Is that good or nah............

I honestly cant think of all the effects mercury can have right now. One of the main ones has to do with nuerological problems. I would say 3 a day probably better with 2. I think the government limit for mercury intake comes out to be around1 a day so I am sure your fine with a bit more than that.

Edit: Damnit why you gotta post the same time as me

Canned tuna has relatively low levels of mercury (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~frf/sea-mehg.html) and most health warnings are for children or mothers but I wouldn't feel safe eating more than a couple cans a day for a couple months. I currently have a can of tuna for lunch every day...

I wouldn't think it would be too harmful. BTW, try it with BBQ sauce. It's actually pretty damn good.
