really, the incident is tragic. but honestly probably millions of people use treadmills weekly with no probs. also try running outside, better scenery and it is 2X as hard so better benefits i assume

I was on ther Bike and was watching this girl run on the treadmill and she slipped and fell off it was bad but her first instinct was get back on and she tried to step back on while it was going super fast and she flew of again.It was like right out of a movie I couldn't believe she tried to step back on from the backDisclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world.
