Yep, getting up before the light. Having this time alone to myself to reflect on all the plans I made for my new routine for the week. I awoke in a good mood, did the warm cider and honey, some burpee and bars. So far so good ! [emoji2135]

This year was a trying year for my family so I am thankful for my wonderful and supportive wife. My life would be a shambles without her. I’m looking forward to 2020 being an amazing year for my family and myself personally and professionally. As I try to get active once again I will share more with everyone.
