The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
Originally posted by bigjim33 is that a smart ass comment or did it just come out the wrong way?
I guess it came out the wrong way. I don't see how it could be a smart ass comment in any sence.
When I started this thread I honestly didn't know who closed the thread. It showed my post as being the last. After I made this post, I re-freshed the page and it showed your post.
It was more of a "OH, it was Jim that closed the thread" post.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

the war thread is gonna stay locked....you guys should have been civil from the beginning. you guys were involved in the last war threads and the flaming, so i am not going to let it happen again.
Originally posted by rado IMO I would keep it closed, we might be civil, but maybe others wont...that's just my 2 cents
Sure... but let's close it IF things get out of hand again.
That thread was finally just hitting a positive note.
Plus Jim posted earlier (I think it was Jim) that he wasn't going to close it as we should be able to play like adults. So we finally just got to acting like adults, and the thread gets closed.

Originally posted by Mark_B I wasn't involved And if you read all of my posts in that war thread Bigjim, I think you will see I was even commended for not even flaming or interferring with another's viewpoint. I gave mad respect.
