Today was leg day, I could not catch my breath. My Dr. calls it "Exercise induced asthma". Most days are great if I take my meds, but some days just suck when it comes to getting the oxygen I need to work out.
i have an albuterol inhaler but i have only had a short spell of it i still think i had a respiratory infection not asthma. but i do know how that feels when you cant get your breath it feels like you are drowning without being in water. scary, luckily for you the doc can give you inhalers that will fix it for ya. good luck.

I have the "A" word and used to be a basket case. Soon as I started the script ADVAIR the difference was unreal. Went from going into a panic when I forgot my inhaler to not even caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

Allergies also make tough to breathe for me as well. If I eat yogurt 3 times a day for a week. Following week will be tough to breath.
