Ok your d drive usually shows pretty full anyway as it is meant too. What happens when you put in a program cd like word or something? Ok go into control panel. Device manager. Expand dvd/ cd rom drives. Right click on the drive right below the catagory it may say something like test corp or something. Then when you right click on it hit uninstall. Then restart the computer. The computer will reinstall the drive.
