I actually have a similar problem, but not nearly as bad. Everytime someone or something scares me, my natural reaction is to attack. Usually punch/hit. Usually I catch myself any don't throw the punch or only do it lightly. But I've scared myself a few times... Just about hit the gf twice now. I did smoke my best friends girlfriend before. Put her right on her ass and gave her a nasty black eye. I felt really bad... but the damn girl wouldn't learn. She likes to scare people and I'd almost clocked her a couple of times before. Cept this time I actually got her. The dumb girl still tries to scare me every now and then. Cept now she makes sure she's at least 5feet away when she does.
