I have quetiapine and also risperidone

they ruled out heart attack.
but blood pressure 195 and the. A second reading of 175 20 mins later indicated blood pressure was risky.



compounded by those attacks I h e been having since feb this year.

i slept 12 hours straight. I feel good. Head is cloudy a bit. But I feel my full senses.

i am taking it easy all weekend but do want to hit the gym shortly.

Thank you all for the concerns and nice posts.
i have had a ton of close friends who just came to me with offerings of help. I feel very fortunate.

i am now 17 weeks out. 20 weeks out I made drastic changes to my cycle and it also gave me very good results.
I went from 242 down to 236 in 236
i feel that ever since week 20 when I started to play heavier dosages that I had constant pressure. Stress perhaps.
a huge panic attack 3 weeks ago, and then Thursday night ALL night I endured severe acute attack.

for now I have meds. But I won't take them unless I need them.

monday I will go request full panel blood work to capture cholesterol, blood pressure, enzymes imbalances and so one.

i am taking 4 weeks off. Cutting down in Half my intake and continue prep.

i won't let this monster take control of my life.
i am young, healthy above all.

Dang man that sucks. Good that you are doing okay now. You said you are in prep cycle, What is the date of your show and how long have you been in this cycle?

I've had those before. I thought I had heart problems but my doctor checked me out and said it was just from stress that my heart was great. It might sound hard to just do, but you got to find something that relaxes you when you start feeling that way.

You said you were preparing for a competition.... what is your bf%? Are you taking tren? Have you had this happen before preparing? Are you taking any stims?

Sorry for all the questions but when I get below a certain bf% and am on tren I get anxiety that causes mild panic attacks with elevated BP.

Anxiety and panic attacks are horrible to have and to experience. I take medications for those . I'm glad your doing better B2 that must have been a scary experience but fortunately for you you weren't alone and you had your gf with you even tho I'm sure she was scared out of her mind too. Again I'm glad things turned out ok. But like Baby said you should find out about the meds you take.
