hey bud, i finished reading book 1 - 7 of the runelords this last summer, and switched to a new series before reading book 8. i gotta say his writing is just mediocre at least in this series it is. book 1 was awesome, book 2 ok, book 3 fell off for me big time and was a pain to read, either book 4 or 5 jumped off again was pretty good read, but each book thereafter slipped a book at a time. thats awesome that your reading this stuff, i thought i was the only steroided member that reads sci-fi fantasy books.

So far I like everything I have read.
Stephan King has a great series about Roland the cowboy. It is not like his other books at all.

The "Dark Tower" series
