Amazing! Just how stupid are these people in office. It just goes to show how carelessly people will spend other peoples' money. Can you imagine paying nearly $300 million for a website. I would like to know how much it cost to build a busy website that offers products such as USAA, or Amazon, or EBAY, etc. I can't imagine any site costing anywhere near that amount. I've seen some nice websites that cost $5 to $10 thousand. But even a million would be a substantial amount of money to pay a team of highly intelligent and talented web designers to work full time for a year say, on building the site.
