Honestly the most effective thing I've ever found to have an affect on situations like this, embarrass them. I've worked with a lot of odd personalities over the years. I tried being nice, polite, professional but the only thing that always worked was to embarrass them. Like straight up shit your mom would say to you. Did you take a shower today? "Yeah I showered this morning" It doesn't smell like you did, do you think you did or are you lying? because you don't smell like you you've bathed for a day or two. Maybe you should go home and shower.

This dude, I'd ask if he's practices sucking dick because that's what it sounds like when he makes that noise. A dude sucking another dudes dick. Then just make sure you give a single laugh, look him dead in the eye and smile.
