The NSA has bypassed or altogether cracked much of the digital encryption used by businesses and everyday Web users, according to reports in The New York Times, Britain's Guardian newspaper and the nonprofit news website ProPublica

I saw this yesterday on the news. It is no surprise but it is a darn shame how they have shredded the Constitution. That's what happens though when the sheeple of a country ignore trampling the constitution so long as they agree with the reason, and then only complain when they don't agree with it. This is why I laugh every time I hear anyone whether it's the news talking heads or politicians or plain citizens, complain about constitution intrusions. If all of the alleged constitution supporters truly supported it (which they don't) then they would not support any of the wars since WW2, the current plan to attack Syria, warrantless wiretapping, the TSA, and just about every other law or entity the government has created, especially the NSA.
