It is the local city Fitnesscomplex. Wow is it nice. I need a change cause I am so unmotivated. I like it cause their is no contract and you pay month to month. It is more pricey but I think of it as a good investment. Now I have to drag Fuzo with me to take a look, lol. My daughter loved the kids area too.

Lucky you lol that you have options, I'm stuck at a gym cause we only have to the one I'm at is the one HH talks aabout and the other there is more treadmills than dumbells and the setup just sucks so I gotta suck it up...but if u have the opportunity that's great hope fuzo likes it -

i train at about 4 or 5 diffrent gyms just for a change up im well known at my home gym they just want to talk so i dont go there anymoreComment

Actually the other gym bambam is great they have up to 120 dumbbells two dead lift platforms two nice squat racks an adult size jungle gym. Huge basketball court. It is the gym I prefer. Oh and they have heavy bags. They just don't like my intensity there. Or anywhere. But my buddy is possibly moving his mma gym there. If that happens they will probably let me back in. I will just have to steer clear of the skinny trainer I told to pull his lip over hid head and swallow. Just kidding I wasn't that nice about it. I go to 4 gyms to like trice as I got a good friendship with the owners but I like the ones with most woman as I talk to them after iam done training, then I go shopping for food hmmmm.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!Comment

Second, i too belong to a few different gyms...LA fitness, which is getting crappier and crappier every day...and the Powerhouse headquarter location! Now that one is NICE...68,000 square feet of awesomeness lol...like 140lb dumbbells, multiple squat racks, etc etc etc...tons of room for women too with even their own area...I just so happen to live by the city where Powerhouse was founded so it is niceComment
