Sounds like you need to visit Curves lol...jk I know it can be frustrating. In college I found a hardcore gym. All bodybuilders and powerlifters. I think I was the runt of the gym and I have an athletic build. It sure as hell motivated me. I remember my first day I came in a woman was repping deadlifts off floor 225 for 10 reps. I was like damn.

You should go to a Planet Fitness, I hear they have pizza! LOL! jkjk....Bro everywhere you go there will be shitheads, douchebags, weaklings and fools. Cant let em get to ya! I work at my fitness center and I enjoy it cuz we actually are understanding about everyone's training so we don't really have a lot of complaints or shit. Its funny cuz when I didn't work there and I hit some heavy deadlifts some other members complained and the management came back and when they saw me they were like "oh! bro one of the members were complaining, just finish your heavy stuff your fine" LOL! but the more and more I did what I did there were less complaints and now, nobody EVER bothers me during my workouts regardless of whether I lift heavy or not. I guess I just made a point and people saw that I trained hard and didn't give a ****. I hope you don't have to go through any of that BS anymore, keep killin it brother and **** the haters! they can die at Planet Fitness!

double h if you truly care about what others are doing in the gym throwing around insults and getting angry will never accomplish anything, NEVER EVER!

you have to learn to control the force, you must feel the force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere. you will be tempted by the dark side of the force. control hh, CONTROL! you must learn control

i forgot to say dont quit hh, the gym needs you, and you need the gym, together you are one. dont put yourself in a position where you are implementing the one thing you dread in the gym...curling in the squat rack bc thats all you own.

you know, Nips has a point! You may not realize how much you affect the gym you are at...i enjoy seeing the powerlifters and serious bodybuilders like I consider myself...even if I don't talk to anyone, just knowing you are there as well makes me feel a little more at home, you know?! I hate when I am the only motherfuc*er there that can move some weight, has any kind of physical build! I get tired of the little bastard that jumps onto the pull up bar, pulls himself up, and does 3 dips...GO TO THE DIP BAR IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO!! lol...

Bambam is truth once a month they get a keg of beer burgers the owner also owns the spangles in our town so he brings spangles burgers or throws party's at applbees. But going to those is just like going to the gym the same people ate standing around chit chatting the only difference is they arnt occupying equipment. I would like to socialize with people and talk and laugh. But not at the gym. I am there to work. I pay them to use their facility and equipment. If I talk I feel like I'm cheating myself and other people out of money. I understand what you guys are saying. I hate being the only one moving heavy weight. I am restricted because I don't have anyone stronger then me to make me go harder. I'm not being vane its true nobody is as strong as me at my gym. There are a few guys that come close on bench. But that's all they do is bench. I'm not mad anymore. Just have to do my own thing
Squats make the world go round.

Heavy, are you on tren again?! LOL.
I know it's annoying but that's true in every gym I've EVER been in, all across the country. My gym has a core group of guys who know what they are doing and make gains weekly. Instead of letting all the tools bother us, we laugh at them and then rep the shit out of some heavy weights. I bring my cell phone and make videos of people lifting like idiots and then we laugh at those too. I like the comraderie I get at the gym and would not want to give that up because of a bunch of fools. I hope you can turn your annoyance into some more aggression in the gym, don't let them ruin it for you!!

Times have sure changed. I remember back in the 90s I went to a Bally's total fitness and I wouldnt think of working out without chalk all over me and the floor, chalk was a main part of my workout, most gyms didnt care...well, It didnt go over at ballys that day. There was chalk all over the floor. lol They were pissed, and I couldnt understand why. I think I even told the manager it was a p ussy gym. I figured everyone used chalk LOL

HH, you will enjoy everything about working out at home and not dealing with the bs that distracts you. You and the iron, that's it. Now I know I ain't the only hoping more videos will soon come with blaring music and throat clearing screams! Ha ha! Seriously though, you'll be much happier.
