So about a year ago we discovered we had this guy living in another building. he was registered then and he took off to Germany for awhile. Now he is back and he bought a unit in our building but still owns the other unit too. His name is changed, he is not registered and he is off the registry in the other name now. His hair is also longer than it was before. Charges were for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse/victim. Very creepy and my girl will not be running around the halls alone anymore. I tolf her about him but of sourse not in detail. he said "mom he seems nice though". This is where I told her more.

aint that a ***** I got one next door to me to. I think they should get the death penalty depending on the severity of the offense. but I hate the bastard next door to me. baby keep your little fuzo close by and lock her bedroom windows.

wat a way to have to live. my dr said theres no cure for them people and mine is level 3 meaning its 100% likely he will reoffend. have a leg breaker come from nyc to take care of the problem so hes aware.

That's totally illegal and pedophiles can't live the country. I would call cops explain situation they will come get him fingerprint him and lock him up for non registrar sex offender. That's life long like aids. You gotta reregistar every yr and tell them if you move. One phone call should take care of that. Once my kid said but he nice I woulda walked down and put the smack down on him. He can't even talk to your kid that's illegal too. Aargh I hate that situation

I am still trying to get some info as I am on the Board of Directors and have access to some info. The school bus stops here too. Fuzo called the PD when we first foundout years ago and they dont deal with "private property". they said the a registered offender cant live within 1000 feet of parks. WE have a park on our property and the PD says theose rules do not govern over private property parks. Can you believe that shit

and there not allowed to decorate there house for Halloween or anything that attracks kids to there home in some states like ny. those fukers hope they all die. mine raped 3 girls age 10,11, 12 and only got 1 yr in jail the bastard. now hes screwed up a poor innocent girls lives for life. ill stop or ill get banned.

we had one in an apt complex we lived in,when the office found out they had to move so,management supposed to be able to do something ,actually it should be written in the agreement if not then they would see it a place to live and more would move there

If it were me I would sell the house buy a new house in a nice neighbourhood. All and all it's not worth the stress it's causing you guys. It's a shame there's these kind of people but is stay the **** away from them. Wouldn't wanna raise my child up in a place with sex offenders. Say if it were to happen the child will be ****ed for life possibly become a drug user, which we all would frown upon. Best to keep them safe that's what parents do right !

Location is everything that's the key factor I took greatly in buying my new house. Since you got access to such tools just research the new area see what's up in it also if you found nice location.

This is a very nice neighborhood and we have lived here for 17 years. These offenders are in all neighborhoods
