So I was a dipshit the other night arm wrestling my boy and yah I kicked his ass but in turn I think I tore a muscle? I felt it right after I arm wrestled didn't hurt just didn't feel normal. So the next day it was a little sore didn't think much of it until I started working out my shoulders then it started hurting...... So I left the gym and when I woke up this morning my arm was killing me! So I took Tylenol its all good now..
Question is how long should I wait before I train again and any advice greatly appreciated !
