    Hey guys

    Just wanted to leave a little note for all of the members that I usually talk to on a consistent basis. Life is coming at me fast, not bad/hard or anything like that; however, responsibilities are stacking and I'm moving quickly! I may not be able to frequent as much, but I will stop in when I can. Thanks to everyone that has continually been welcoming and helpful for my own path!
    A big shoutout to *** and his wife(stay strong brother) and of course to F.I.S.T for being more than generous with information and help for me on the side. Stay sharp everyone.
    I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.
