iam just glad the change of life I got through. that was the hardest thing I had done at 40 but it lasted a yr of uncontrolled boughts of crying and depression and other shit, god iam glad that's over now I feel great and excepted iam getting slowed down.

Thats awesome brother.You and I share the same situation.I cringe at how many young guys today let themselves fall apart and dont have a clue as to whats in store for them.So many that come into my business thinking they're tough guys until they get planted over and over again into the mat by me being double many of their ages.
What I do love and respect are the ones that after caressing their ego's back into shape,grow a set of balls and decide that they need to shut their mouths and open their ears and their minds and learn! They people that accept that there is much to learn out there and step it up and really go for it from that day forward.Those are the true warriors! The idiots are the ones that never come back and decide to continue through life with blinders on and playing tough guy to anyone who'll listen.Like on the boards!! LMFAO.Thank God we dont get too many of the latter!
Not just young adults but what about all these little fat sedentary children. Kids that look 15 at age 7 cause they are so fat! They have no hope, the disease and health issues they will face at an early age is staggering.
