Definitely sucks for them.Im sorry to hear it.Without a doubt its more than peps involved.

I say it a million times,you can never be too safe with the game we play and everyone should always remember that even though we talk openly about these things on boards such as this,they are still illegal and LE is watching and taking notes every day so the more info you give them,the easier it is to find you and bring you down!!

very true. someone on another board stated something very true. Research chems and peps are for research and not for humans so caps and flavors are a huge red flag...

The legality of that is a "gray" area. Other researck companies jhave been shit down in the past also

They were raided by the FDA, not the DEA. This was bad but had the DEA been involved it would have been worse. Be safe but in this case I think we are all ok.

Pretty sure it was cuase he wall selling caps. which pretty much red flags everything and says that he is selling for human use. and stuff like that goes thro FDA. thats what im thinking at least. its a grey area unless its obvious your selling for huiman consumption. my thoughts would be to stay away from flavored liquids and caps for a while

The Feds are after assets. Period. They can tie your assets up and not even have a case. They pick and choose they want to work cases on bases on assets they could get. The agents look directly at "what you own" before even starting into a case.

This is our reality. This is our government. They aren't for us anymore.

The FDA is still a federal agency and it doesnt matter if it is the FDA, FBI, or DEA, one would still be in just as much trouble

I think if we want to see these guys stick around we should not discuss them while talking about the products they offer. A quick google search showed several post related to them and the products they offer. I know it's a loop hole but we should do what we can to protect them. Just my 2 cents.
