thats basically what it is in a nutshell, blm9376...alot of supplement companies put it in their bars and list it in a proprietary blend of proteins....I don't use bars of any kind...I only supplement a high quality powder form of protein.

I had that happen to me last year. I went to vitamin world at the mall and was gonna buy a 5lb can of whey protien when the chick there told me that those boxes of protein bars were a buck a box. I bought like 10 boxes plus my 5lb can of protein. Fucking awesome, I forgot the brand but they tasted good and I wisdh they had them for that price again soon. I forgot, since Im a member there I got 30%off each box and the can I got for 20bucks. Sweet.
