really, I woke up this morning and the left side of my neck and down the left side of my spine is killing me. i must have slept on it wrong I know its not a pulled muscle I didnt workout sat, sun or mon. anybody have any helpful hints on stopping this pain. I have tried cold, heat, and anti inflamatorys (celebrex) no luck.

I already crept up on her while she was brushing her teeth and got denied. i tried to tell her some physical activity would help loosen the muscles and make me feel better but I still got the "NO" oh well she has a cold or something and is sneezing and has a runny nose anyway hard to feel sexy like that."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
